Yes, thanks to our strategic location, the historic center of Florence and its main attractions can be reached within just a few minutes on foot.
The Santa Maria Novella train station is only 400 meters from our hotel.

Are the rates published on the official website more convenient?

Yes, by booking directly through our official website you will always access our best available rates.
Additionally, by contacting the hotel directly, you may occasionally benefit from extra offers or special discounts.

Do all rooms have a balcony?

No, only 1 Junior Suite and 2 Deluxe Double Rooms feature a private balcony.

Is the hotel accessible for guests with disabilities?

No, unfortunately our property is not currently equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities.

Is children’s stay free of charge?

Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
A baby cot is available upon written request and subject to availability.

Do you have a private garage?

We do not have a private on-site garage; however, we have an agreement with a nearby garage.
The special rate reserved for our guests is €30.00 per night, including car pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel, with no additional costs.

Is it possible to modify or cancel a prepaid rate?

What is a credit card pre-authorization?

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on your credit card to verify its validity before arrival.
It serves as a guarantee in case of no-show or cancellation outside the allowed cancellation period.

This is not a charge: the amount is not debited and no actual transaction is recorded.
The blocked amount is usually released automatically after approximately 30 days.

What happens to the pre-authorization if I cancel my reservation?

If the cancellation is made within the terms of the cancellation policy, the held amount will be released.

When will the blocked amount be available again?

The timing depends on the credit card issuer and may vary between 30 and 40 days.
In some cases, the pre-authorization may expire automatically before the scheduled arrival date.
